This policy explains how Avexoon Media OÜ processes personal data when you visit avexoonmedia.com or write to us. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data.
1. Data controller
The controller is Avexoon Media OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (European Union). Contact for any privacy matter: info@avexoonmedia.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers only the corporate website avexoonmedia.com. OnlyCam, Vyblix, incontriamoci.io and RedBag are separate services, each with its own privacy policy published on its own domain.
3. Data we process
- Technical data: when you load a page, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser and device type and referring page, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Messages: if you email us, we process your name, email address and anything you choose to write.
- Browser storage: your consent choice and, only with your consent, your theme preference. See the cookie policy.
We do not use analytics, advertising, social plug-ins or fingerprinting, and we do not create profiles.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering and securing the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Answering your messages and managing business relationships — steps prior to a contract or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Remembering your theme preference — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 1041 of the Estonian Electronic Communications Act, implementing Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting or requests from authorities — Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. Retention
- Hosting logs: for the short period set by the hosting provider for security and operations.
- Emails: up to 24 months after our last exchange, or longer when a contract or the law requires it.

6. Recipients and processors
Our website is hosted by Google Ireland Limited (Firebase Hosting), which acts as our processor under a data processing agreement. Emails are handled by our email service provider under the same safeguards. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We never sell or rent personal data.
7. International transfers
Some processors may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers rely on an adequacy decision, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@avexoonmedia.com: we answer within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia — www.aki.ee, or with the authority of your country of residence.
9. Minors
This website is not directed at minors. The platforms of the group are reserved for adults (18+), and we do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.
10. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS with modern security headers. Access to messages is limited to the people who need them.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
